Over hauling at 5000 km

Following activity was performed, when speedo meter touches 5000 km milestone.

I have taken snapshots for each step to demonstrate other friends. I hope you will get courage to overhaul your bikes.

Unscrew nut bolt to separate seat from bike, see rust here.

Before separating fuel tank stop fuel supply, separate fuel pipe and remove side tapas.

Get idea to save side tapas, use tie wire.

Use greese at battery to save it from rust

Use hot wire to make hole to insert wire lock

be careful with fuel tank and place it away from fire and childern.

Rusty areas

Used steel tape instead of black compound under mudgaurd

Color faded from Petrol tank, where seat touches it.

Rust into indicator joints

Paint job done on black mud guard to make it same like chrome.
